Anniversary of the Rajapruk University on “New Normal for Sustainability in the Digital Era”,

1. Rationale
The Rajapruk University was established as a tertiary institution since the 2006 academic year, which in 2021 marks the 15th anniversary of the founding of the university. Therefore, to celebrate this auspicious occasion, the national and international academic conference on “New Way of Life to Sustainability in the Digital Era” is organized by network partners, both public and private sectors including higher education institutions both in the country and abroad. The conference will be held on Friday, November 26, 2021 in the form of onsite lectures (oral presentation onsite), online presentation (oral presentation online) through the Google Meet and exhibition showing innovation, invention and creative works.
This is to encourage faculties, college and school students, researchers, scholars, and interested people both in the country and abroad to exchange academic knowledge. Research portfolio as well as innovation, invention and creative works in social sciences, humanities, business administration and economics, health sciences and science and technology. This will result in the use of knowledge and experience in the development of teaching and learning, social development, local communities in order to step into a new society and way of life under the digital transformation – the era of change from the impact of social, political and COVID-19 crisis.
2. Objectives
2.1 To serve as a national and international platform for presenting academic articles, research articles, innovation, invention and creative works of scholars, researchers, faculties, college and school students.
2.2 To provide an opportunity to meet and exchange academic knowledge, research results and local wisdom for economic development, local communities and country development.
2.3 To create a network of cooperation for academic exchanges, research, academic service and other activities with local and foreign higher education institutions.
2.4 To promote the development of quality of research, academic and innovation, invention and creative works.
3. Method of operation
3.1 Target groups and project participants
3.1.1 The conference participants and presentations consist of 200 faculty members, researchers, scholars, college and school students, from higher education institutions or agencies of interest from the public and private sectors, both domestic and foreign.
3.1.2 The participants of the conference without presenting their work consist of 150 faculty members, researchers, academics, college and school students from higher education institutions or agencies of interest from the public and private sectors, both in the country and abroad.
3.2 Conference format
The organization of this national and international academic conference will be held in the following formats:
Format 1 is an oral presentation-onsite.
Format 2 is an oral presentation-online through the Google Meet application.
Format 3 is an exhibition showing innovation, invention and creative works-onsite.
3.3 Distribution channels There will be four distribution channels as follows:
Channel 1: Publish proceedings in flash drives
The university will publish completed research articles and academic articles (full paper) in the report from the academic conference (proceedings) recorded in flash drive and will distribute on the day of the academic conference. The presenters must submit research articles and complete academic articles (full paper) at the specified time. All articles will be assessed for quality by the qualified peer reviewers. The presenters need to make corrections before publishing
Channel 2: Publish proceedings on the conference website
The university will publish completed research and academic articles (full paper) in a report from the academic conference (proceedings) on the conference website. The presenters must submit completed research articles and academic articles (full paper) at the specified time. All articles will be assessed by the qualified peer reviewers and the presenters need to correct their articles before giving a presentation. Then it will be published on the conference website.
Channel 3: Disseminate innovation, invention and creative works by publishing in the Collective Papers of Innovation and Creative works in flash drives and on the conference website
All innovation, invention and creative works must be submitted details of the work, with accompanying pictures according to the pattern within the specified time. All works will be assessed for quality and selected by the experts (peer reviewers).
Channel 4: Disseminate research and academic works by publishing in journals
The university will publish research and academic articles (full papers) selected by peer reviewers as articles of excellent quality (80 points or more) in the Humanities and Social Sciences Journal of the Rajapruk University and in the Academic Journal of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand (APHEIT Journal). The author will be responsible for the cost of publication charged by the journal. In this regard, the author must revise the article in strict accordance with the format of the journals’ requirements before publication. This is based on the author’s willingness.
